It is hereby recognised that it is important to establish a co-operation relationship in the field of Welding Technology between NARIME (here-in-after called “the Party A”) and Servo-Robot Group Canada (here-in-after called “the Party B”) with the aim of promoting the application of the advanced vision technology in welding and providing technical service to customers in Vietnamese industry.

1    OBJECTIVES

1.1    Promoting the application of the advanced Laser vision technology in welding and providing technical service to customers in Vietnamese industry.

1.2    Establishment of programmes (research, seminar, testing and others) for projects to obtain solution for customer’s application.

1.3    Creation of research and development activity in innovative and technological areas with participation of both sides.

2    COOPERATION ACTIONS

2.1    Party B will provide a laser vision at special condition for the duration of the contract to Party A to demonstrate advanced laser vision technologies to the Vietnamese industries.

2.2    Party A will arrange a quality person and a showing place with necessary conditions for testing and training cause for the visits and potential customers from Vietnamese industries.

2.3    Both sides will arrange the technical activities and provide the support and service to the Vietnamese industries. All the activities will be examined in advance by both sides and with the name of the both sides.

3    FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE COOPERATIVE ACTIVITIES

The financial support will be provided by Party B, it may include advertising materials in Vietnamese version, posts in showing room, travelling table for the tests and others. All the cost for the cooperative activities will be defined case by case.

4    DURATION AND ALTERATION

4.1    This Co-operation Agreement is valid for two years, since the date of signature, being automatically renewed for an equal period, if none of the parties asks its cancellation by registered letter at least three months before the date this Co-operation Agreement terminates.

4.2    This Co-operation Agreement can be modified or terminated at any stage if agreed by both sides.

4.3    It is recommended that the representatives from each side meet at least once per year.
